My warehouse job

Hello, so if you follow me on Twitter, you would have known that I have a weekend job as a H&M warehouse picker. What's a warehouse picker? A warehouse picker is a worker which picks up needed items from the warehouse and pack them into boxes (or wtv it is) and the items will get sent to the outlets. So for me, H&M has only one outlet currently, at Grange Road. Usually, job as pickers only apply to males because it's quite a labour work. But for H&M warehouse, it's different because the items are just clothes and not like food, drinks or metal etc. 

So on the first day of work, me and Dora met 30 minutes before work at Tai Seng to walk to the factory. Tai Seng is full of factories oh god, it was so hard to find the building......... So one bad point, location. It was quite a walk.. Like say 15 minutes? And it was under the sun..... 

Work was pretty relaxing. They give me a few pieces of paper. On the paper is the item's product code, price, quantity and the location of the item. My job is just to go pick the item from the location and put it into the box. It's a relaxing job and I could talk to Dora and play with her etc hahaha. And I could climb shelves. So fun.

Bad thing about the job is that we had to wait. Wait to get the piece of paper. Wait to go home. Wait for this task that task. And the dust. Like I would need to go wash my hand frequently because I can't stand my hand being dirty. And also, food. Nothing to eat there one......... :-( Oh and the toilet has no tissue one!!!!!!!!!! I really hate toilets without tissue... 

Oh but whatever, I'm motivated to go to work because the staff there said there are warehouse sales for us, people working there, during December. Sort of like a clearance sales!!! Prices as low as $3!!!!!!!! CANT WAIT!!! 

So yup... sums up work.
