Guess what! My topshop items has FINALLY arrived.
The reason why I'm using FINALLY is also in a sarcastic tone, because I waited for almost a month for these items when it could have arrived in 2 weeks maximum. It's my blog, my views. My reason for writing this is purely due to my feelings. So I'm gonna rant.

I bought my items for them, paid my first payment of $113.40 on March 31. Even before the transfer, I was already upset with their service. I was doing transfer at the bank counter. Name of the owner is DEFINITELY needed for me to do a transfer, thus I asked them for the name. It's just a name, but I do not know what the hell is wrong with the person and she just purely REFUSED to give it to me due to privacy reasons. I don't get it, your friend knows your name, your parents gave you your name, it's just a name dude! I don't get what's so private about a name because the first thing I know about a person is the person's name. Like my name is SIM HUI TING. But nevertheless, sought help from a friend and managed to transfer.
Next, their replies are super slow and they do not give a shit about you when you're in a rush or you are urging for the item. When the items arrived on the dot of 3 weeks, I had to pay another $81.64. This was so unexpected but because it's my first time joining a spree then fine, I want my items ma! So they asked me to transfer this amount of money to them by 6 May. I get $30 a week, how do I even save $81.64 in this short period of time?! But nevertheless, I still made payment on 6 May of $81.64. I followed their terms. Oh, and guess what, they still did not reply to my emails when I urged them to reply. This time round I asked for their name again, for transfer at the counter cause same thing, I couldn't transfer by my card or I'm dead meat if my parents found out. And once again, they REFUSED. I dont get it, I paid over $100 to you do you think it would die for you to just reveal your name to me. I just want my item, you just want your profits isn't it?
Even just few hours and minutes before my payment I emailed them and urged them for their name, but still not replies. I bet they did it on purpose. Because after I sought help from another friend (You have no idea how pekcek my friend was), I emailed them the transaction details and they replied?!
On 8 May, they said that they will send the items out. On 11 May morning, I asked them if they had mailed it out. Surely 3 days is enough for you to mail it out right dude. On 12 May morning, only did they reply and they claimed that their packer is unwell and could not post the items out and they can only mail the items out after their packer recovers. I was like dead afraid that I would get scammed. Because I always do. So I asked for assurance by asking them to take a picture of the items. But they said the items is with the packer and they can only do so until the packer recovers. I can understand that the packer is sick and etc, but take a picture is a super easy task. What deadly disease does the packer have ah?! It's not like he has to lie down on the bed for 24 hours and the food will be served to him right. Don't the person need to shit or pee? I asked them to go get the items personally from the packer and mail it out themselves, and they did not even reply to my question and they said that they will try to speed things up, and the delay is due to the packer being unwell. So now you're blaming the packer.
So well, I shall let the packer rest for 2 days. Emailed them again on 14 May, Saturday asking if they could mail it out by Monday. -No Reply- Emailed them again on 16 May, Monday, super furious and inquired if they had mailed it out already. 18 May, Wednesday, at this moment I was already super super pissed and I can karate chop their head into 2 already. They forced me to do so, so I threatened them lor. I heck care. I said if they do not at least reply by this week, I'll be reporting to the police. And I kept disturbing them by spamming them emails, mentioning them on twitter, writing on their facebook wall. And on 19 May, WA it's like miracle, their packer recovered! And just nice, they say they mailed it out already loh. And I finally received it lor.
What I'm unhappy about:
1. Did not reply to urgent emails
2. Did not reply to questions and answer other stuffs
3. Before I joined the spree, their reply was super prompt, but now, like shit
4. No replies at all
5. Takes their long sweet time
6. They can still send email newsletters to their mailing list and not reply my emails. WOW
And I've to say, the item DID NOT come in perfect condition and there were scratches here and there. I've learnt a lesson, never to purchase from them ever again.

On the bright side, my net had an awesome picnic at Kallang Waterfront yesterday.
I didnt know that it was so beautiful and I didnt even realise that I've been there before!!! HAHAHA. It's just literally beside the Indoor Stadium you know. Embarrassed. So well, I prepared the egg mayonnaise! Woots. To be honest, this time round the game was not really well prepared because a lot of unexpected things happened. But I believe the next time it'll be so great! Woots. And at night, a lot of dog owners would bring their dogs down for a walk. The air was great. We saw a huge golden retriever. Literally huge, I think if it stood up, it would be taller than me = >172cm. I think towards the ending, the fun then begun.
Because I brought my dslr out, a lot of pictures were taken. I think I should bring it out to net outreach often, so we can also take a group picture or something. Ok, so we took jump shots, and jump shots, and some weird modelling shots :> And I love the group photo, like really. Cause I managed to force chileng into appearing in the picture. Well, she is super camera shy. Hahaha just kidding, that's not the point but the point is we look so bonded!! Woots had fun and I hope we can have it more oftenly with a lot of visitors!

Was super upset last night when I thought I lost my wallet. But ahahaha, did not lose it. I found it in school just now in the computer lab!! WOOTS super happy. If someone from our school took it, i will be super upset. But yay! Found it! All glory to the lord our god :>
